Chatbots and agents we deliver are grounded in the client's own business information. Conversation logs are accessible to the client, retained per the service agreement, and human handoff is always available to end users.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time via the contact form. For clinic clients, data handling is additionally governed by a Business Associate Agreement.
